Duties and Responsibilities
o Check in customers and assign golf carts
o Maintain logs reserving tee times
o Assist golfers/customers with merchandise questions
o Answer phone calls to the pro shop
o Cash out golfers/customers and maintain and monitor the front counter
o Ensure merchandise displays are maintained
o Maintain cleanliness of the facility
o Handle customer service requests in a courteous and professional manner
o Assist with merchandise inventory when needed
Qualifications
o Knowledge of golf
o Exceptional customer service and communication skills
o Basic math skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
